Customer Service
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service across various channels, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Email, Telegram, and WeChat.
- Assist guests with reservations and registrations, helping them understand and complete the early bird package and tournament ticket sales process.
- Update the early bird package list daily, ensuring all customer bookings and modifications are recorded accurately and promptly.
